Empire Estate operates strictly as an independent real estate consultancy, advisory firm, and transaction facilitation broker serving Janakpuri, New Delhi.

Empire Estate is not a real estate developer, construction firm, banking institution, or financial investment fund. We facilitate negotiations between prospective buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants.

2. Property Information & Availability Disclaimer

Property details, specifications, floor plans, dimensions, and financial consideration figures displayed on this website represent active consultancy mandates and information provided by respective property owners or authorized representatives. While Empire Estate undertakes rigorous preliminary due diligence, all property offerings are subject to:

• Physical accompanied site inspection by the client
• Independent legal verification of original title deeds and sanction plans
• Final commercial negotiations directly with the verified property owner
• Prior sale, lease renewal, or withdrawal from the active market without prior notice

3. Partner-Delivered Services

Where clients engage with real estate collaborations (joint development with builders) or turnkey interior design works, Empire Estate acts strictly in an advisory and coordination capacity. Physical building construction, architectural execution, structural safety, and interior craftsmanship are delivered by independent, vetted third-party associates under separate contractual agreements.

4. Brokerage & Consultancy Engagements

Professional consultancy and brokerage terms conform to standard West Delhi real estate industry practices, payable upon the execution of formal legal documentation (such as Agreement to Sell or Registered Lease Deed) as mutually agreed prior to transaction conclusion.

5. Limitation of Liability

Empire Estate shall not be held liable for any indirect, consequential, or unforeseen commercial losses arising from changes in municipal building bylaws, regulatory master plan amendments, circle rate revisions by the Government of NCT of Delhi, or private decisions made by transacting parties.

6. Governing Jurisdiction

All consultations, advisory engagements, and website usage shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India, subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in New Delhi.
